FAQ’s on wedding planning

Q: I want to plan my own wedding but feel I need some help and support throughout without somebody taking over, can this be done?
A: We are here to help you as much or as little as you require, we can assist you, advise you and are there for you. We work with you not for you, therefore giving you complete control.

Q: If I booked the ‘On the Day’ package and I suddenly needed some urgent help the week before, how do I do this?
A: We are here to assist you at any stage, whether you are booked in or not, by using our ‘pay as you go’ service. This will entitle you to as little as one hour’s work. We had one bride which was in a mad panic because her pianist backed out last minute and she didn’t know who to contact. She asked us for help and it took us no time at all to sort it out.

Q: How Long will my invitations take to produce from seeing the proof?
A: Generally, we ask you to allow up to 2 weeks, however depending the amount of invitations, type of design, stock availability and which part of the wedding season we are in, this could range from 1-4 weeks.

Q: What happens if I change my mind on the colours I have chosen after having placed my order and signed off the proof?
A: So long as the production has not started and no special card/designs needed to be ordered, this can be altered at no extra charge. However, if the order has begun and/or special card has been ordered in, unfortunately additional charges would be incurred. However this would be discussed at length should this happen and we would come to an amicable decision.

Q: I am not sure which colours go together and have no idea what will look good for my wedding theme. Please help!
A: We offer a bespoke design service unique to each bride from providing colours & themes for the whole wedding style from bridesmaids colours right through to wedding invitations and table décor. Don’t worry, help is at hand!
